Creating Your Account
1
Sign Up
Go to app.mfoundry.io/signup and enter your full name, email address, and a strong password. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Click Create Account to proceed.
2
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from
no-reply@mfoundry.io with the subject line “Verify your mFoundry email”. Click the verification link inside — it expires after 24 hours. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or click Resend verification email on the login page.3
Create an Organization
After verifying your email, mFoundry prompts you to create your first organization. Choose a clear, recognizable organization name (for example,
Acme Corp) and a unique slug (for example, acme-corp). The slug forms part of your API URLs and webhook endpoints, so pick something short and descriptive.4
Invite Your Team
Navigate to Settings > Team in the left sidebar. Click Invite Member, enter your teammate’s email address, and select an appropriate role — Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Your teammate receives an invitation email and can join your organization with a single click. Repeat this for every person who needs access.
Organization slugs are permanent and cannot be changed after creation. Choose your slug carefully — it appears in API URLs, webhook payloads, and any links you share with external systems.
Account Settings
Once your organization is set up, take a moment to configure your personal account settings. Navigate to Settings > Profile to update the following:- Profile Information — Update your display name, avatar, and job title so teammates can identify you easily.
- Notification Preferences — Choose which events trigger email or in-app notifications, such as workflow failures, new invitations, or integration alerts.
- Timezone — Set your local timezone so that scheduled workflows, timestamps, and activity logs display times correctly for your location.
